Suzuki Violin Co, Model 280, 3/4 In great vintage condition.
Comes with full kit (violin + case + bow + rosin + shoulder rest).

The violin is characterized by meticulous workmanship despite its respectable age, the violin is very well preserved and maintained.  This violin is defect-free. There are no cracks, repairs, seam separations or any other structural issues. It has prior use wear, but relatively minor. See Pics.

The 280 is the most senior model in Suzuki's popular 200 series, ranking above the 220, 230, and 240 models. In terms of tone, it is comparable to the 300 model but lacks the fine maple flame seen in Suzuki's 300 series violins.

The top is good quality spruce and the back/sides are good quality maple. The pegs, fingerboard, tailpiece, nut and end pin are made of true Ebony.  The 280 is part of the 200 series which are high quality beginner models; very respectable and nearly intermediate comparatively to other makers.
