Here is a very cool and rare Nashville Music Instrument Co (NMI) acoustic guitar.
Very special guitar indeed. Sound is incredible, and history as well. Dates back to the 70s.
The guitar plays great and sounds fantastic and is LOUD!
It has typical signs of use from a guitar almost 40 years old! Nothing major though. Just vintage worn-in look, but clean and nothing major or unexpected.
This is a Japanese-made guitar with a solid spruce top. These are well-loved and highly sought after by vintage guitar collectors and appear to be a must-have for Japanese enthusiasts.
There is not tons of info on these rare custom guitars. It appears to be a copy of a Martin D-18 with spruce and mahogany. All research confirms that this is a high-quality Japanese-made guitar.
Neck condition: There is no warp on the neck, all is OK for the truss rod.
Fingerboard and fret condition: There is almost no reduction in the fingerboard and frets.
String height, saddle height:
The string height is 2.2 mm for the 1st string and 2.5 mm for the 6th string.
The height of the saddle is 1.0 mm for the 1st string and 1.5 mm for the 6th string.
